Thula Solutions is a uniquely South African company specialising in sustainable solutions for life in the bush. A deep passion for the African bush and all its wanderers is what sparked our vision of finding greener and more sustainable ways to power the eco-tourism and agriculture industries.
And so our vision was brought to life in 2017, when we began specialising in bespoke alternatives to power game drive vehicles, offering South Africa’s first all-electric, all-wheel drive game vehicle which was both quieter and produced fewer emissions than standard vehicles.
We believe the African bush is a sacred place, where people come to reconnect with nature, and we will continue to find new and better ways to live in it, travel through it and ultimately, protect it.

The only running costs are the electricity to charge either grid-based or solar, and the vehicle can be fully charged within 4 hours, giving you 200km of range

Solar is a sustainable and affordable way to generate electricity. We offer competitively priced solar solutions so you can save money. Energy produced by your Thula Solutions solar panel system will directly power your lodge and reduce the cost of your electricity each month.
Whether you choose to subscribe to solar or finance a solar panel system. Your monthly solar payment will typically be lower than the reduction on your electricity bill saving you money from day one.
